When buying a new smartphone, most people look for one that meets their specific needs and requirements. They want a smartphone that is suitable for their personal use and can cater to their needs effectively. In such cases, it's important to look for a smartphone model that provides the best user experience.

The best user experience is determined by the performance of the hardware, software features, and innovative technology adoption that can enhance the user's overall experience. It's important to ensure that the smartphone has a good overall hardware performance, software features, and some unique and helpful innovative technologies that can make the user's life easier.

Determining the best user experience smartphone model can be challenging because there are many indicators to consider. It's not enough to rate the smartphone based solely on its hardware. Instead, it's important to assess the user's experience while using the smartphone for various activities. If the user feels happy and enjoys using the smartphone, it's definitely worth investing in.

While hardware is an important indicator, there are many other factors to consider when determining the best user experience of a smartphone. For example, the system software, including the operating system and firmware, should be evaluated.

Additionally, the software features should bring more benefits to the user, and the performance of the smartphone should be assessed, such as for gaming, internet browsing, and music playback. Other important sectors include mobile network, battery power, camera, and display screen.

However, rating smartphones based on all of these factors can be time consuming and challenging to do by oneself. That's why using a ranking list can be a more convenient way to determine which smartphone models already have the best user experience ratings.

Ranking lists use data to score smartphones based on their overall user experience. By using this data, users don't need to test every smartphone individually to determine how good they are in terms of user experience. Instead, they can easily understand the overall performance of each smartphone model based on its score on the ranking list.

Source data

When creating a ranking list for the best user experience smartphones, we use data from the Antutu 9 app database. It was difficult to find the data we needed for this article, as Antutu was the only source with comprehensive information available online. However, we were confident in using the Antutu 9 app database, as it's a widely recognized and trusted professional smartphone benchmark app.

Therefore, we believe that the data provided by Antutu is trustworthy and reliable for determining the ranking of smartphones based on user experience. By utilizing this data, we can provide users with a comprehensive ranking list of smartphones that can help them make informed decisions when purchasing a new smartphone.

How they determine the score?

The methodology for determining the score of a smartphone's user experience is clear and Straightforward. The score is obtained directly from the benchmark test process using the Antutu 9 app to test the smartphone's performance.

During the testing process, Antutu runs several tests to measure the performance of the smartphone using various real world scenario procedures. The UX score is derived from the combination of several test results, including those for the operating system, firmware, memory performance, chipset performance, and other smaller test results.

Antutu counts all testing results that are related to the UX score, and the final score can be seen in their database. Since all testing results are recorded by Antutu, users can easily compare the scores of different smartphone models that have been tested using the Antutu benchmark app.

Understanding the ranking data

As you can see in this article, we have compiled a list of the top 100 smartphones based on their UX score. Understanding the data is Straightforward, that is higher score, will have better user experience aspect, and therefore the lower its ranking will be.

If a smartphone has a higher score and a lower ranking, it means it has a better UX than other models. Typically, the top 10 smartphones on the list have the best user experience.

The ranking data is also dynamic and may change over time due to new smartphone models being tested using the Antutu benchmark app. To ensure the data is up to date and accurate, we refresh the ranking data once a month, on the first week of the month. However, we may update the data more frequently if necessary.

Conclusion

The user experience factor is an important indicator for assessing whether a smartphone is good or not from an overall perspective. If a smartphone scores high on the UX sector, it means the smartphone will be good in almost every aspect.

Usually, flagship smartphones have a higher UX score than other smartphone class segments, which is understandable because flagship smartphones use premium hardware.

However, it does not mean that other segmentation classes have bad UX aspects, as sometimes the latest middle class smartphone can surpass the UX score of an old flagship smartphone. That is why the ranking data list above can be used as a good reference, as we can know the real time data from the latest condition in the smartphone user experience sector aspect.
